Sucrose Hydrolysis with Catalysts

In this game, you will try to split sugar molecules (sucrose) by tossing hammers that can break bonds. The energy of collisions must exceed a certain threshold in order to successfully break a bond. Using catalysts (H+ or an Enzyme) can lower the energy barrier to result in a higher probability of bond-breaking.
